How do I place an order?
Browse our hampers or individual items, add what you love to the cart, and head to checkout. Fill in the delivery details and choose a payment method to confirm your order.
Can I build my own hamper?
Yes! Visit the Build Your Own page, pick your favourite items, and we will pack them into a custom hamper just for you.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary during festivals and peak seasons.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM. Availability is shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery along with major cards, UPI and net banking through our secure checkout.
Can I add a personal gift message?
Absolutely. You can add a gift message during checkout and we will include it with your hamper on a handwritten-style note.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can view its status anytime under My Orders in your account.
