We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
During festivals and peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your gift there in time.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Look out for free-shipping offers on orders above a certain value.
Once your order ships, you can check its status anytime under My Orders in your account. If a tracking link is available for your courier, it will be shared with you.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
